Fairbanks Soil & Water Conservation District is proud to sponsor its 2007 Speech and Poster Contest. This year's theme is "Conservation's Power." Local winners will receive cash prizes and advance to compete at the state competition in March. All students are invited to become involved in this contest. Entries are due Feb. 26th, with judging on Feb. 28th.
